By creating an account or using Cherish Us ("the app"), operated by Vista Tech Solutions LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Cherish Us helps you remember details about your partner, such as sizes, favorite brands, go-to orders, important dates, and gift ideas, and reminds you to act on them. You are responsible for the information you choose to save.
You sign in with Apple or Google to secure your data. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app, under Settings, which permanently removes your information from your device and our servers.
The information you add is yours. You keep ownership of it. You grant us permission only to store and display it back to you so the app can work. Do not use the app to store unlawful content or another person's information without their consent.
Some product links in the app may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Purchases happen on third-party stores under those stores' own terms, and we are not responsible for their products, prices, or service.
Please do not misuse the app, attempt to break or overload it, reverse engineer it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
The app is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Cherish Us reminds and assists; it does not replace your own judgment about your relationship.
We may update these terms as the app grows. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
